App Shopper: Asset Vision (Utilities)
Asset Vision is an oil field ticketing and truck tracking platform that helps you maximize the effectiveness of your trucking fleet and eliminate billing errors. Truck drivers use this app on their iPad in place of the paper tickets common in fracking (hydraulic fracturing) and oil field operations.
Asset vision captures electronic tickets for oil, water, sand, gravel, and other load types. Ticket data is reported in real time to the Asset Vision servers. Dispatchers receive alerts whenever a driver does something out of the ordinary (e.g. starts a ticket but does not move his truck, enters invalid data, or takes longer than other drivers on the same run).
The Asset Vision website allows dispatchers, owners, customers, and drivers to have their own view of the ticket data so that billing is expedited and accountability is enforced.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

What’s New
1. Duplicate ticket events that appeared on tickets when wait time is used has been eliminated.
2. The wait time is available only when Allow Manual Wait Time is checked in the Company Manager by dispatch.
3. Driver is prompted to enter wait time notes when exiting wait time.
4. Tickets cannot be printed until the truck is loaded. The ability to print tickets has been added to the rejected load screen.
5. A photo may be taken for each ticket status. The photos are sent back to the website.
6. The tickets on the iPad are sent back to the website when the tickets are updated.
7. Added ASAP, Day Load and Night Load labels on the tickets and the tickets are sorted from highest to lowest priority.
8. The website is alerted when a ticket has been removed from the iPad.
9. Fixed an issue that prevented driver’s notes from printing on some tickets.
10. The Start button has been moved to the ticket details screen so drivers may view driving directions to the sites.
11. Drivers are forced to view the dispatch notes when a ticket is selected, origin arrival is tapped, loaded is tapped and destination arrival is tapped. Dispatch controls if dispatch notes are forced to be viewed by drivers.
12. Drivers can now change the haul settings on tickets in a split load.
13. Updates needed for hauling potatoes.
