App Shopper: LiveSafe Federal (Utilities)
LiveSafe Federal connects US federal employees with the security teams that protect them at government agencies with the LiveSafe Solution deployed. The app allows you to share insights to help prevent issues from becoming safety or security incidents. It also allows you to receive safety communications from your agency – in everyday situations, and in higher risk ones. The SafeWalk feature lets you invite friends to virtually accompany you to your destination – while at work or on-the-go in the community. LiveSafe Federal helps you take charge of your personal safety.
Plus much more, including:
• Location sharing during emergencies
• Access to safety resources even when there is no network connectivity
• Safety Map for increased situational awareness

DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION TO REPORT REAL-TIME EMERGENCIES IF YOUR LOCAL POLICE ORGANIZATION IS NOT LISTED IN THE ORGANIZATIONS SCREEN IN THE APP. Reports will not be immediately received by police or emergency authorities until LiveSafe coordinates with authorities to enable delivery of reports. Should an emergency arise, always dial 911.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
